Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. When you do this another window will open as a shopping cart. You can then proceed to checkout or carry on shopping. To proceed to the payment of your items you will be asked to enter your paypal password, this is via the paypal site, we have no access to your passwords, it is completely secure for you. Paypal is a safe easy way to pay online, we do not need your credit card number.
We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your order.
Shipping And Handling Order Delivery and Dispatch
My Shabby Chic Home currently delivers to destinations in the UK, including Ireland, Wales and Scotland. Prices of delivery are shown for each product. All items are sent via recorded delivery with Royal Mail. This then gives us peace of mind and yourself peace of mind that you will receive your order. If you would like delivery worldwide, please email me your order and I will let you know how much postage is. If you are ordering more than one item you will get a discount for postage and packaging.
We will let you know the estimated time of delivery of your item, usually 5 working days if the item is in stock.
In the event of the product(s) you have ordered being temporarily out of stock, we will email you to let you know the estimated date of dispatch. At this stage, it will be possible to cancel your order if the delivery date is unsuitable.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on My Shabby Chic Home but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days (within the UK), Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT is included in the cost of the product.

Administer and enhance the site and service c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
Returns Policy Refunds and Returns
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Unwanted Products If for whatever reason you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 14 days, with the despatch note, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P). Please note - it is the responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the product(s) during this period, and to return them in an unused state. We will make the refund directly to the paypal account used to place the original order within 30 days of the cancellation and you will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
Faulty Products
We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in tip top condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us at the postal address below within 14 days of receipt. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products Please contact us by email (mail@myshabbychichome.co.uk) to inform us of your wish to return Products. We may allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us so please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to the address below.
